My hero is my older cousin Erin. She just went to Arizona because she got a job as a teacher. She got her dream job!!! I have always looked up to her for that and much more. For example, she is very funny, nice, and is not afraid to express who she is. She never gave up on her dream and I want to be that way too. She got a job with her best friend and they both went to Arizona together. She is always hanging out with me and my younger sister and cousin. I want to be that fun to my little cousins too. For example, my little cousin, Gabby, looks up to me and always tries to be like me. She always follows me around and does the same things I do. I think I have a good start. Erin has been such an inspiration to me and now its my turn to do it for our little cousin, Gabby.

I have two heroes my parents. One reason they are my heroes are because they put food on the table. My parents help me out when times are tuff. My parents encourage me if I keep doing bad at something. My dad taught me about one of the most things I love to play basketball. My mom encouraged my dad to let us get something I love, dogs. My parents have done great things for us and most importantly gave us a place to live and food tho eat. This is heroic because they have gone out of there way to help me and my brothers. When they face things hard they fight threw and find a solution.

A hero in my life is probably my mom and dad. They are my hero because they take care of me. Such as making food for us every night. Also they pay money for me to play sports. Next they help me with work I don't understand. Also they give me advice if I have trouble in a subject, friends, sports, and anything. They are definitely my heroes! My mom and dad do so much including helping walk the dog at 5:30 every morning. My mom takes the dog for a 4 mile walk every day. Thank you mom and dad!

A hero in my life is my mom and dad. My dad is my hero because he pays for all of my sports, takes me to my sports and helps me with my school work. Also my dad helps me get better at my sports by practicing basketball with me. My mom is my hero becuase she cooks for me,cleans up after me sometimes and takes me to school. She also takes me to my football games and makes the best birthday dinners. My mom and dad are the greatest hero's ever, better than batman and superman.

Two heroes in my life are my parents. To be a hero, you have to achieve something for the greater good of someone else and that’s what they do. They raised not only me but also my brother and sister too. They buy things we want or need. They pay bills for the house I live in, the water I drink, the food I eat, the phone I use, the school supplies I have and those for my siblings too. They both work great jobs to get enough money to pay for all these things for us. They buy presents and throw birthday parties for us. They take us to restaurants and take us on vacation to cool places like Turks and Kakos. Without my parents, my siblings and I wouldn’t even be able to pay for food and water let alone an entire house. My parents are truly heroes to me and my siblings.

Ok. I don't mean to do the same thing as everyone else, but my heroes are my parents. If it weren't for them I would have never had any of the experiences, friends, or life I do now. For example they work so we can have the bare essentials and more, even though it means my dad having to work in Cairo Egypt. They pay for my ballet classes, birthday party's, violin lessons, and much much more. Another reason my parents are my heroes is because they support me and love me no matter what. Those are the reasons my parents are my heroes.

My hero is my mom, starting with the fact that her parents died when she was 4 and having to be raised by her aunt. And being a single parent taking care of two kids And always accomplishing her goals also she is rebuilding our house in Jamaica and taking her of my great aunt because she has Dementia. But she always try to make sure her kids are happy and making sure that gifts are alway under the chistmas tree every year. So what I'm trying to say is even through her roughest times she always put her family first.

There are many hero in my life. One of them is my sister Ella. I have always looked up to her throughout my life. She is never afraid to express her self as a person. She always puts others before herself. Also she never gave up in art when she was younger. This led her to become that great artist she is today. She has taught me to never give up. She also never changes her mind based on what others say. I know in my life i have changed my mind because of what my friends chose. I believe everyone should have their own opinion that they think and not what others say. My sister does this in her life. When I am older I want to be just like her. My sister is my hero in my life.

Two heros in my life are my parents. One reason they are my heros is because they are always there for me either If I am stuck on homework or I get hurt they are always there. Another reason they are my heros is they put food on the table three times a day and we have a roof over our heads. Also my parents get me to all of my activities wether it is baseball or basketball or I have an activity with the church or school they are always there to support me. The final reason they are my heros is because they care and are loving to me and all of my sisters. My parents are my true heros and are always there when I need them.

A hero in my life is my dad. He always does things to benefit others. For example, he will help my siblings and I whenever we need help. He will cook, clean and help out around the house for the greater good of our family. My dad has also changed emotionally, for example, when he was just married to my mom he didn't have to worry about taking care of kids and doing all that stuff. However when they had kids he had to be more responsible. It made him more caring. Without my dad my family would be really different.

My hero is my mother. Not only did she give birth to me, but she has helped me through tough times. This year, while climbing in the Adirondack Mountains, me, my brother, and my dad had fallen behind when my mom started shouting, "You can do it guys, you got this!" This was what kept me going. Earlier, a few years ago, I slipped while climbing and a stick impaled me a few centimeters from my eye, my mom was the one who calmed me done and kept me going. Also, when I slipped and cut my chin wide open, my mom was the only adult home and was the one by me the whole time while I was getting stitches. My mother has been there for my through many rough times and I would attempt to do the same for her. This is why my mother is the hero I chose to write about.

One of my heroes is my percussion teacher Ben. He is soooo good at drums. But, he's my hero because he helps me get better at drumming, and it’s not something he is required to do. He is taking time away from his college studies, his girlfriend, and his family to help me. Ben never lets me give up on a beat, and if I cant quite get it, he will show me how to play it. He tells me what I'm doing wrong in a way that makes me want to keep trying. Also, he loves soccer as much as I do, and he plays for the Syracuse Silver Nights junior soccer team. Like him, I have hoped to keep playing soccer after high school. Sometime, we should practice together and get super good so I can juke out everyone once I get the hang of it. We actually became friends two years ago when he was a counselor at my summer camp. Now, we have the coolest handshake ever. It’s top secret, so don’t ask about it tomorrow!

One hero in my life is my parents. To be a hero in my life, they have to go out of your way to help someone and work hard at everything you do. My parents do that every day of their life. My mom and dad help my brothers and I every night with our homework. Also my dad works 7 days a week to pay for our sports . My mom and dad take me to all of my lacrosse tournaments all over the state and with my skiing to. That is way my parents are my heros.

Two heroes in my life is my mom and dad. My mom is my hero because she's always there when I need her to, she helps me with homework that I don't understand or helps me study for a test that comes up. Another reason why my mom is my hero is because she's always cooking us breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that always tastes great and cleans all the time and never gets a break. My dad is my hero because he take me to basketball practices and drops/picks me up when ever I need him to. My dad is also my hero because she's always working for 12 hours a day since he's a manager in a dealership and owns a company to get good money for his family so I don't really get to see him, I only really get to see him the first 10 minutes in the morning and an hour each night when he comes back from work or when he has days off, like on friday and sunday. Those are a few important reasons why my mom and dad are my heroes.

An awesome hero in my life is my Nana. She lives in Florida, and came up to Syracuse for the weekend to see my sister swim sectionals and to celebrate my mom's birthday. What I love about her is that she calls me up on the phone and takes time out of her day so we can talk about the things we love such as the Cleveland Cavaliers and the NFL. Also, she took a plane up here just to see her grandchildren(my sister and I), her daughter(my mom), and my dad. Lastly, the one big thing that I love about my Nana is that she is always by my side when I'm down or upset, and brings up a new topic to cheer me up. Nana time is so fun, and she is my true hero.

One hero in my life is my mom. She's my hero because she's the one that helps keep me on top of things. For example at school she makes sure I hand anything in on its due date or something like that. Also, she motivates me into keep training hard at karate and keep doing my best routines at gymnastics. Another example is that if it weren't for my mom I might not have been here today. What I mean by that is I was adopted and if she didn't adopt me then I might not have been here today. My life wouldn't have been the same without her, I could've been in different country right now. Those are a few reasons why my mom is my hero.

A hero in my life is the superhero Batman. Even though Batman is at a disadvantage because of his lack of superpowers, he uses his resources to still defeat one of the greatest villains time and time again. Batman is very smart because he creates all of his machinery he uses to defeat villains. Batman is the best superhero of all because he is cunning and resourceful. Ever since I was a kid I've watched the Batman cartoons all the way until the newest Batman movies that came out a few years a go.

A hero in my life is my neighbor Howard. He is a hero because he served in World War II. He was part of the Battle of the Bulge. The Battle of the Bulge is a very famous battle, in which Germany and the United States fought fiercely. He was very brave to serve in World War II. Another reason he is a hero is that helps out all over my neighborhood. When someone has a busy schedule and has young kids, he will volunteer to watch them for an hour or so. That is one of many ways he helps out. He uses his retirement to help other people in the community, not just for himself. This selflessness is heroic. A hero does not have to be a person with a cool cape and superpowers. It can be a hero like Howard who shows up in everyday life. Howard is a hero because of these reasons and many others.

My hero is my dad. A hero is someone who does things for the greater good of other people and grows as a person. My dad puts other peoples problems in front of his. For example; if we have a problem or need something, he would help us if we needed him before other things. He also cooks and cleans around the house to give us food to eat and a neat house to live in while still working all day. He uses his time every morning to wake me up for school so I am ready and am not late for school. Also, he drives me to school every morning on his way to work and has to leave early, just to get me there. He changes his lifestyle and goes out of his way just to help me out and to help me and my family out. My dad also supports me with everything I do and helps to guide me to make the right decisions. He helps me in many ways and does many things for me which is why he is my hero.

My heroes are my mom and dad because they are loving and caring and work very hard to put food on the table every day and put a roof over our heads while my sister and I sometimes take them for granted and all that they do for us. My dad takes time out of his busy life to coach my lacrosse team and take me to all these lacrosse tournaments that are so far away and he says he would rather be doing all this for me than doing anything else and to me that's what really makes him a great person. My dad is also one of the funniest people I know and he is part of the reason why my favorite thing next to sports is comedy. Both sports and comedy are things that he introduced me to and I instantly loved. My mom is the nicest person I know and she is the hardest working person I know and between her job doing everything around the house she somehow finds time to spend with me and my sister and a lot of it too and always puts our family before anything else.

A hero in my life would have to be both my parents. I truly love them both and they truly fit the definition of a hero. My parents work to provide for me and my brother. They pay for the water I drink, the food I eat, the clothes I wear, the house I live in, and other things too. My parents give me really good advice if I need it. They're really nice people too. They help me and we help each other too. (I wish I could write a whole story about them) anyway that's just a little info on why my parents are my heroes

The hero in my life is my mom. My mom works after school programs, summer school and still has time to spend time with my brothers and I. She also has been Girl Scout leader of my old troop, team manager of my brother's soccer team, and tutors kids who need help. She once let some friends of ours live with us for a while so they could have a home. My mom took classes to become a better counselor for the kids at her school. She also has never missed any of my concerts, games, etc. My mom also helps me when ever this is any drama with my friends or family. Also, when I was younger she would read me stories until I fell asleep. My mom taught me one of the most important things that I think someone just know and that is to be yourself and to not change for anyone. She also taught me the little things in life like manners, etc. My mom is an amazing person and that is why she is my hero!

A hero in my life would have to be my dad. He always is there for me when I need him to and he would do anything for me. My dad tales me and my siblings on trips all the time and he wakes me up in the morning if I didn't get up. He drops me off at school if I miss the bus. My dad would never miss any of my school plays instead he goes and cheers me on. My dad fits a definition of a hero because a hero cares about others before themselves and would sacrifice their lives for anyone else. My dada does that and mq

One hero in my life is my dad. He loves me and will teach me just about anything. He also is a major part around my house, my mom works at night and sleeps at day sometimes, so he drives my sister and I places, cooks us dinner, cleans the house, puts my sister and I to work so my mom doesn't get mad, and he overall takes care of us. My dad is a great man, he will be your best friend closest buddy and your shoulder to cry on if you really need it. My dad is very fun but when needed he can be in control and have people working in the blink of an eye. I hope that one day I can be a hero to my children, grand-children, and anybody else, most of all though I hope that I can be as great as my dad!

- [x] My hero is my mom. She is a doctor and saves and takes care of people. She also takes care of me everyday. She provides food and puts a roof over my head. I love her so much and she loves me. My mom also is there for me twenty four seven. When I need help with homework she is right there to help me and when I am upset or really happy, she's there for me so I can share my exciting news or there to comfort me. My mom also cares for me when I'm sick or injured. This year when I hurt my foot she didn't have to take me to ortho now or anything like that, she could tell what's wrong with my foot. When my mom has a really long day she always makes time for me and cooks dinner for our whole family. In conclusion, my mom will always my my hero.❤️

My hero is Tris, who is a character in the story Divergent written by Veronica Roth. Divergent is based in a city in the future where, when people turn 16, they choose a “Faction” which they will stay with for the rest of their life. Each faction helps a different part of the city in some way. Tris is very brave. During training, she offers to take the place of Al, a friend of hers who made Eric, a trainer, so mad he was about to throw knives at him. Also, she ziplines off a 100-storey building for fun. She is also kind. On her first day in her faction, Dauntless, she helps a fellow faction member on and off a moving train. Also, when she sees another faction member get injured, she immediately gets down and helps him. Tris is strong. Tris gets shot in the arm, but she still keeps fighting. Another reason she is strong is because she sees her parents die before her eyes and still keeps going. That is why Tris is a hero.

A hero in my life would have to be my friends. They may not seem like much at first, we may seem foolish or immature but they always help me through tough times. My hero is Gandalf from Lord of The Rings. I believe he fits the description of a hero because he saves the fellowship multiple times. For example when Helms Deep is under siege he brings the Rohhirim to reinforce the people of Rohan and defeats the orcs. He saves the fellowship again when the Balrog attacks and his famous line of "YOU SHALL NOT PASS." He breaks the bridge and the Balrog crumbles into the pit below, but as it falls its whip catches his ankle and he falls with it. Even that cannot kill the glorious hero he kills it and returns yet again to help. Gandalf also saves Bilbo and his group of dwarves from the spiders in the Mirkwood forest. One last thing that makes him great hero is that he helps other characters find their own heroism. All these things make Gandalf a great hero and idol.

My hero is Gabby Douglas. She is my hero because she is the “first African American woman in Olympic history to become the individual all-around champion, and the first American gymnast to win gold in both the individual all-around and team competitions.” (found this on google). She was also made fun of a lot on her journey. She was called the black flying squirrel and was made fun of on social media too. Even though she was made fun of, she continued to push herself to move on and she beat her goals.
